Our practice is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which regulates all health and adult social care services in England, including those provided by the NHS. The CQC makes sure that essential standards of quality and safety are being met where care is provided and has a wide range of enforcement powers to take action on behalf of people who use services if services are unacceptably poor.
The CQC Outcomes that the Practice complied with fall into 5 key areas:
- Personalised care, treatment & support
- Safeguarding & safety
- Suitability of staffing
- Quality & management
- Information & involvement
The CQC aims to make sure that the voices of service users are heard, asking patients to share their experiences of practice services which helps form the focus of their reviews. If you would like further information about the basis of practice inspections please ask to speak to our Practice Manager.
We are registered to provide the following services:
- Diagnostic & screening procedures
- Family planning services
