Opening Hours

The surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Surgery times and the types of appointments available vary from day to day. Up-to-date details are always available at reception.

Our telephone lines are open from 8:00am to 6:30pm, however the front doors are open from 8:30am. If you require assistance before the front doors open, please ring 01823 282151 for help.

Out of hours / NHS 111

When the surgery is closed, there is an out of hours medical service available. This service is available 18:30-8:00 Monday - Friday and 24 hours a day on Saturdays and Sundays. If you become unwell when the surgery is closed, please contact us on 01823 282151 and there will be an answerphone message explaining what you should do.

You can also using NHS 111 online or call NHS 111. The online service is for patients aged 5 years and over. If you need help for a child under 5, please ring NHS 111.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 999.

Accident and Emergency Department

Please be aware that it is not appropriate to attend A&E unless your medical problems fits the definition of A&E. We find patients can use the department as a walk in for minor illnesses, which puts the hospital under unnecessary pressure. During our opening hours, we always have an urgent care team available to offer advice and appointments as appropriate.

If you require an urgent appointment, please ring reception and one of the team will help assist you. Please be aware, we do not offer a walk in service, so make sure you ring the surgery on 01823 282151 for advice.
