You may be aware that over the past couple of years we have moved to a "Named GP list" for all patients which helps both our patients and doctors with continuity of care. This will mean that our reception team will aim to book you an appointment with your own GP or their "buddy" in their absence. If you are unsure who your Named GP is, you can contact the surgery by emailing the team on crownmc.contact@nhs.net. If you are unhappy with your current GP and wish to change to another doctor at the surgery, please write into the Practice Manager. Your request will then be discussed by the doctors.
